Returns or Exchanges

1. Return Conditions
Customers can apply for a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
Only unused, intact, and intact products in their original packaging will be accepted for return.
All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as an invoice or order confirmation email).

If you need to return a product, please contact us in advance through the customer service email or hotline to explain the reason for the return and request a return authorization.

3. Return shipping costs
The return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless there is a quality problem with the product or the wrong product was sent.
In this case, we will bear the return shipping costs and provide you with a refund or replacement of the corresponding product.
4. Refund processing
Once we receive the returned product and complete the inspection, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
The refund will be returned according to the original payment method, but some banks or payment platforms may take additional time to update the account.
5. Situations where returns are not accepted
Opened or used products.
Return requests beyond 14 days.
Items purchased during a promotional period, subject to the specific promotional description.
Special custom or personalized products.
6. International Returns
For international orders, the return policy is the same as domestic orders, but please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs and possible customs duties for international returns.
